Lies and Reality

XD I'm retarded ok? BUT this is also a pop-culture statement here..
I've been reading up on pop art in my school library out of boredom and in each and every book there's at least 4 pictures that involve Marilyn Monroe..
the ultimate pop-icon since Homer Simpson XD >_< Yeah anyway, most of those pieces of art concerning her depicted the falseness of Hollywood and their expectations of someone..how someone had to live a false life just so she'd be able to satisfy everyone..
Now I liked the idea of those art pieces. They were meant to be a statement against popular culture in a way..how it can actually destroy someone..
BUT The very fact that there's So many pieces of the same kind of art with the same statement..it kind of defeated it's actual purpose? You follow? No? Don't care..
So I decided to use another icon.. That's right..pac-man..WHY PACMAN YOU ASK? Because I can..and because think about it..pacman was made for one purpose only..and that is for the entertainment of others and nothing more..he has no actual purpose other than that..just eat the dots and cherries and ghosts from time to time..over and over again.
In this picture..pac-man finally realized his faith and weeped because of it...
So..this is a spoof..of pop-culture.
